Congrats!

I too picked up the V1 - I dearly love my D700 and nice lenses, but when hiking about with family - 30-40 pounds of gear gets to be a bit much.

Enter in the V1. With the FT1, my 35/2 becomes a nice portrait lens and my old 55 Micro becomes a killer macro for me.

BTW, I too like to use off camera flash and the solution is simple. Albeit, old school. Use the SB-N5 to trigger the SB800 in SU-4 mode.

Are you still having a blast with it? I'm excited!

The wonder of small children, especially in the discovery of the world. I heard a commercial today that made me think of Ben. It was about a man that loved to dissect and study bugs when he was a child and he now owns his own exterminating business. Ben may discover he is a great scientist and help with the cures of the world.

I was at MD Anderson for the last four days with a friend. I only had the computer over at the hospital one day, but I noticed that I could access everything on Facebook that I wanted to except Farmville. I tried again later in the day just before going back to the hotel and I couldn't connect again, so I tried two other games. They wouldn't load, either. As soon as I got back to the hotel, all worked fine. Now since it was just one day, it could well have been a FB issue, but since it was all day it looks as though they may allow Facebook itself, but block the apps.facebook.com links.
